This workshop is offered in the comfort of your own home, and can bring together several moms, dads and babies.
Principles
At an age when words cannot be spoken, touch is the key to communication. Parents are often stressed and disoriented, and can't always find the right gestures to soothe. When your baby is tense or anxious, a gentle massage, taught and guided by a professional, can help him or her regain balance and adapt to a new environment.
Relax Massage uses only practitioners with experience of toddlers, who know how to adapt to each specific case.
This workshop is for children aged 0 to 4 years.

Baby is soothed and reassured, breathing more easily. He is less nervous, has a better appetite and falls asleep more easily. His emotions are less vulnerable and his moods less volatile.

How a session works
Baby (or infant) lies on the changing table, for example after bathing. The practitioner will teach you how to perform this massage on the child. This experience begins with contact, gesture and voice. The massage begins very gently with the extremities of the body: legs, hands. Depending on the child's reactions, it can then continue on the chest.
N.B. Relax's baby massage is not intended to be therapeutic, but rather to promote the well-being and development of your little ones.
